The workflow, considered

01 / EXPLORE

Draw and save

Use My profile or the document’s signature section to draw your signature. Undo or clear strokes before saving it to your account.

02 / CONNECT

Attach deliberately

Choose Attach my signature on the document you are editing. The drawn image sits with an editable signature block, and you can remove it from the draft.

03 / REVIEW

Keep the document record

Save a version and export the image in Word or PDF. Later changes to your saved account signature do not rewrite earlier document versions.

A closer look

Personal to the user. Chosen for the document.

A signature saved to your account is available across your devices. It is never inserted automatically or copied into a reusable firm template. Your team still reviews the document and the signature requirements for its intended use.

  • Draw with a mouse, finger, or stylus.
  • Save, replace, or remove your account signature.
  • Explicit attachment with a preserved copy in each saved document version.

Before you explore

Is this a client e-signature workflow?

This feature saves the signed-in user’s drawn signature for document drafts. It does not send signature requests or provide a client signing, identity-verification, or certificate workflow. Review the requirements for the document’s intended use.
