DocketPeak / Court forms & exhibits

Keep the form.
Bring the evidence together.

The workflow, considered

The form and its attachments, considered together.

01 / EXPLORE

Start with the court’s form

Keep a PDF’s original page and edit its supported form fields or place text boxes over blanks. Word imports provide editable text and basic emphasis. Check the result against the original form.

02 / CONNECT

Organize the exhibits

Upload PDF or image attachments from the matter, choose letters or numbers and a starting label, then reorder the exhibits. Add a label prefix, separator pages and exhibit stamps when needed.

03 / REVIEW

Prepare the output

Adjust image sizing and rotation for the exported copy. Download the exhibit packet on its own or include the draft, then check order, legibility, labels and court filing requirements.

A closer look

Your original file remains the reference.

Keep source documents with the matter and work from an editable copy. Add precise text boxes, signature and notary blocks, and case details without losing the original PDF page. Exhibit sizing and rotation apply to the exported copy.

Before you explore

Does every uploaded form become fully editable?

Scanned PDF text is not automatically converted to editable text. The original page is preserved so you can add text over blanks; supported PDF form fields can be edited. Word imports do not preserve every page break, table or spacing detail. Review all exports against the original and the court’s filing rules.
