DocketPeak / Custom document editor

Your words.
Your page layout.

Build a custom firm template or edit a matter draft with text controls close to the page. Type directly in a box or use the side editor, keeping the wording you want while changing the rest.

Configured around your firm’s services, people and processes.

The workflow, considered

From the first word to the last signature.

01 / EXPLORE

Format the text

Use bold, italics, underline, font sizes, lists and superscript citation markers. Add citation blocks, use spelling suggestions and word predictions, or start dictation in a supported browser.

02 / CONNECT

Arrange the page

Move and resize text, tables and signature blocks. Top and left rulers, size controls and snapping guides help align related boxes. Add rows above or below and columns to the left or right; insert a calendar when needed.

03 / REVIEW

Make it reusable

Choose circuit, county, supreme, appellate, federal or custom court headings. Add attorney, opposing attorney, judge, notary, client or opposing-party signature blocks, then save the layout as a firm template.

A closer look

A focused editor with room for your detail.

Start with a blank custom layout, a document starter or a case-type preset. Edit prefilled wording without clearing the whole block. Keep draft versions, recover unfinished work, or discard a draft you no longer need. Review the completed layout before exporting Word or PDF.

  • Direct text editing and an optional side editor.
  • Bold, italic, underline, font sizes, lists and superscript markers.
  • Resizable tables, calendar grids, rulers and alignment guides.
  • Editable court captions, divisions, signatures and notary fields.
  • Browser-dependent dictation, spellcheck and word suggestions.

Before you explore

What should my team review before using a document?

Review facts, authorities, required wording and the final exported layout. Citation blocks are structures for your verified sources, and notary blocks require the certificate language appropriate to the document. Dictation depends on browser support and permission and may use the browser’s speech service. A signature block or saved drawn signature is not a client e-signature request service.
